We were all meant to go through a certain phase which later on leads us to remember Allah and seek for forgiveness.
If you think that you are a bad Muslim , it’s already a good sign of you willing to be a better one .

Idk I was suffering from the same thing and I am still suffering I try to improve my relationship with God, but when I see people better than me, I leave everything and come back to the same thing.
Already , feeling guilty is a sign of you trying your hardest.
Allah swt told us never to push ourselves into what harms us . So ? Do not cause yourself any pressure or depression , take it slow . Whenever you find a possibility to do something? Do it directly do not wait . But if you can’t? Only the remembrance of Allah and the duaa you make for him to guide you even more , is already enough .

I grow up not knowing shit about religion,my dad doesn't pray and never talks about islam , unlike mom she prays but ngl she reminds me sometimes that god exists and were made to worship him ,i one tried to pray for a whole month ,i did it because i wanted to do it but then after i got my period i became lazy and couldn't pray again,i am still a muslim sinner ,i barely remember that allah exist,i dont really know what to do .

You are not the only one with that case , okay ? You are not the only one who is in a battle in between them choosing life or Allah.
Look , if you want to get closer to Allah , start doing the simplest things with Niya , for example , Tasbih! Tasbih is remembering that Allah is the greatest and the strongest ….
Or for example , reading one page , just one from the Quran , would take away many sins and would motivate you to read more .
Start doing those simple things and also changing your space , into a Muslim one , start to watch Deen supporters , u can find them anywhere , and they actually make you love Islam even more ( just like it did to me )
I do not want you to panic , as long as you’re already feeling like this is already a good sign.
Just start by small steps that will lead you into bigger ones .

It’s a question of a habit , if everyday you remind yourself by an alarm , or put a reminder to read at least one page ; by time it will be a habit and you will no longer need an alarm for it.
You will get to read many pages in shaa’Allah by the will of Allah. 🩶

Learning the English language is good but we should hold our selves accountable bc we tend to easily drift away from our culture and religion by just trying to learn more about the western cultures.
Imagine oneday we wake up and it's the final day what are we going to say to Allah ? We are people who were blessed by Allah , we were born into a Muslim country, we speak Arabic it's so damn eady for us to learn about Islam and read Quran but we didn't take advantage of this and didn't do any single efforts to get closer to Allah.

I'm kinda different than you. instead of getting far from islam, instead I syncretize it Islam with some Christian elements bcz I have dived deep into their theology. By the way, do you know about Islamic theology and jurisprudence within Sunni Islam? There are differences in Quran exegesis (rational/literal) and in the understanding of God's attributes among them. Also, great video and may Allah bless you!
