You're right, simply work hard, be polite and respectful of all others, respect their knowledge,
Work together as a team, be as helpful to customers as is ever possible, make a quality product and stand behind it.
At my age, I don't think I could contribute much to your company, but I sure would like to work in this environment.

It truly sucks to get old, for so many at age sixty there is so much knowledge and especially experience amassed about to be wasted to the functioning world. I am loving my work more now than ever, still interested and capable of learning yet in a few years I am supposed to be fulfilled by retirement. Golden years my rear end.
