Tia Coleman said the captain of Duck Boat told them their were Life Jackets but won,t need them, would have gave her children & family at least a chance , Tia was able to swim on her own to the surface by kicking her feet. The Captain of that Duck Boat survived how come he,s not apologizing to these families . Coleman kids were Precious Angels !
NO , he was the commercial driver Robert "Bob" Williams of the Duck Boat that died , The Captain Survived , the captain takes over when they enter the water , this is required by coast guard , their are two men operating the duck boat , one man is the CDL driver for land roads which that was Robert Bob Williams and the other man was certified for the water known as the captain and he takes over when they enter the water, his name has not been released that I know of he,s the captain of the duck boat , he lived. I live just a few miles from this duck boat accident ...Captain is still alive keeping quiet ...........
