Beautiful house. Until you get a bath tub for the kids you can always get one of those metal barrels (or rather feed troughs) cut a hole in the bottom and put a rubber stopper in it so it can empty into the shower).
But on another note. I ALWAYS gave my kids showers. My mom had a big shower chair and I would just get my baby ready in its little shower bath tub, that leaned upward, when I was getting ready to shower and I would put myself between shower and baby and that way baby would just get little splatters but basically I'd wash baby then myself and I never had to hurt my knees or back on a hard tiled floor.

So happy for you and your family. I would suggest to make the bonus room your pantry. Leave the door and put shelves in there. It still gives you access to outside. Less dirt if you bring garden harvest and store there.
Lovely house. It is move in ready, in my mind. I would just paint the walls and sew some curtains. In the living room your husband can build a bench at the window. That would be cosy.

Instead of removing the marble tile, maybe place those carpet sectional squares that can be stuck to the floor and pick whatever arrangement that fits in the areas that you want the carpet.
With all these big plans already i guess you have a super healthy budget.
Thats a broom closet in the laundry room. You've got lots of room for a walk in pantry/canning room.

When my older 2 children were little, we lived in a house without a bath, & it had a huge shower. I would bath my littlest in the laundry tub- after cleaning it. My older one enjoyed sitting under the shower.
Can’t wait to see y’all settled in and see the room make overs .
Live with what is in the house for about 1 year then you can see how you want remodeling

I wonder if you could repurpose that marble tile. It is an odd choice for a bedroom but would be beautiful in a bathroom. Or perhaps something in an outbuilding?

Love your home!I have a friend that bought a galvanized bucket/basin and put in the shower for a tub. Might would work for the little ones!

I’m loving this Farm House tour. New subscriber and hello from Arkansas!
Throw a big area rug over that marble tile. Do not remove it!!!!! No alergies with it. Is VERY expensive, stays cool in the summer, your bed & furniture covers 90% of it. The list goes on & on. Live with it for 5 years before you remove it. Its like removing a huge tree in your yard to soon. Yikes.
