I am loving Hinderbang vs Doomfist right now. I have always said that the majority of complaints about old flashbang were about the flash + fan combo and how low of a skill floor it was to get kills with. This is a much needed change over the stupidity that was the older variations of the hinder nade.

I find cage fight has some really good utility that people don’t think of.
The cage can be shot through by your team so trapping two or three in there then having your team stand outside the cage and just bombard the people inside let’s them get loads of free value without any danger. Also throwing it down in a choke the enemy now can’t use and using it as a giant shield that you can shoot out from can also be useful.
Sometimes I’ll just dump it on the objective at eichenwald and then they like can’t approach or contest it without getting into the cage
Widow is bad as long as Sombra exists
I use Mauga's cage fight as a defensive tool and area denial rather than trying to deliberately trap people.
Like if our resources are falling low in the neutral, I'll use it as a shield for me and my team while supports can have a chance to heal everyone up.
If we are pushing the payload and approaching a checkpoint and the enemy team is coming back. I'll drop it on the payload to keep them away from trying to contest while we move into the home stretch.
This only works if your'e good with ult tracking the enemy, because cage fight can be your own coffin if any of the enemies that have nuke ults like Junkrat or Pharah are ready to wipe your team.
Mills hit the nail on the head with the Zen tip. Repositioning is key to finding value. Don't forget his movement is silent which helps you. I see way too many people both at low and high ELO overstay their welcome on Zen simply because they got a pick or two where they were. Get the pick and move on.

Flashbang is nowhere near as good as it was and is being radically overestimated. It shouldn’t hardstun but it should interrupt certain abilities like Deflect, Shadowstep, or Piledrive. Otherwise there really isn’t much reason to respect it. Because all it is right now is just a minor inconvenience to movement abilities and speed. Pocket sand would probably work better.
That would be stupid, cass is already really strong and the new falshbang is basically a secured headshot if not two which normally means a kill or at least takes away lot of resources form enemy team. It is not a minor inconvenience, its 50% movement reduction which is huge
@@choppie5385 It is not a secured headshot. I recommend you play as new Cass for a while. It's not as reliable as you think. It's okay for securing low health fleeing enemies, but it's not a very good offensive tool to secure enemy kills that are actively trying to kill you. I played against a Genji that actually WANTED me to Flash him, so he could just sit there with deflect up and wait the hinder duration out. Very smart player. I got him a couple times but he knew what he was doing.

@@Celtic_Mav idk how you get negative value. She's easy. She's in everyone's hero pool because she requires no practice to use. Granted she's not as good as the video says.
A have 0 experiece on the character and because her healing is short range I instantly mess up my hp so I have to fade and get instantly punished for it, not like I want learn her, Ive played her like twice in 10 seasons, but since Im on masters the people her will punish moira, base levek moira just doesnt get easy value, she starts to take a lot more work that Im bot willing to do to pick up the character

Being able to have to the pylon apply constant healing in critical points while you're healing someone or respawning is such an advantage. I find it weird illiari isint just a staple
Imo reaper is on the rise in masters
Ive been telling people that Pharah is superior. She can flank around parts of the map where people can't go. She can hit you with a roof flank too, and a lot of people still don't expect it. You can float around the edges on maps like junkertown, illios, Lijiang Tower. There are so many routes you can take with her. You can quickly contest high ground when needed to. Shes the best and if you hit midair shots she becomes a menace

These OW coach/tier list guys don’t play Sym so they don’t fully understand her value

No! Meta is just an theoretical composition, and events, for the top 1% and is changing as often as you change underpants!
Unless you are top 1%, it's more skills in a certain hero that will make you successful, rather than switching/counterpicking to something you don't know as well. And even top500 are "onetricks" - Necros, Kayjii for example, that doesn't mean they don't know how to play other heroes.
I am mostly playing Kiriko, but playing Ana, Zen and LW for fun and diversity as support.

No she's still going to be really strong. The tp CD being 8 secs just means you take sightly less flanks/off angles. And suzu, while not being able to competely counter all the ults it used to, still does a lot. Still a top 3 support in the game imo
Kiri is broken fundamentally. Suzu is broken, her blink is broken, her healing numbers are insane, her ult has crazy value, and she can duel most dps. On top of her insanely small hitbox, the pro meta is to literally aim for Kiris legs because she’s so small and that’s the largest part of her hitbox
Widowmaker really 99.8% of players bad aim
Im an echo main and i feel like she is good im alot of scenarios and she has the right tools for any situation. Shes definitely underrated imo
She’s been A or S tier for the past few seasons. Probably still top 5.
I would put Sym on the red flag this season
I like to play her for shits n giggles, but when I tried her with her buffs, she just felt stupid. My level 3 beam came out incredible fast and can output a lot of damage consistently.
So hey, have fun with her in a rush comp before Blizzard takes it back like they always do.

They should make kirikos teleportation from community crafted a regular ability to make her worth playing her more since its hard to kill n enemy when your alone and cant tp away because your team is far
Kiriko has consistwntly been one of the best characters in the game since she came out why does she need a buff

@@coach_mills I think marvel rivals is bad news for overwatch especially if overwatch continues to stay on the same path and doesn't change.
As a Zenyatta main, he is NOT in meta. Either that or I'm just getting rusty.
Getting rusty is sadly inevitable. But zen righr now is still strong af if you can aim on him. The only thing that you can't do is 2-tap headshot discorded squishies, but he's still does a lot of damage and discord just allows your team to melt hog and mauga especially if you have tank buster like junkrat or bastion.
I'm going to try to learn bap I main doomfist lucio genji
And play junkrat on the side
So he will be probably hard for me to play
What dpi and in game sensitivity you play genji?
Bap is fantastic. My main thing is. Throw your immortality where it will be ignored or unable to be destroyed. And never stop healing and shooting. His ammo is on the same magazine. So using both when possible will give you more value

When you aim his primary fire do kind of what you do on Lucio and Genji where you drag your cursor a little bit to follow the target. Go for headshots they make a lot of difference. His healing outside of APM and rhythm is all about resource management. And try to play at a mid range since his weapon has pretty big fall off and his healing is hard to hit from far away.
Mills, 1st thanks for ur content. I enjoy and learn. Being a day 1 ow player I love still learning. But the hardest part of ow is not having a team and having to solo or duo q. I can play all these characters u talk about damn well and still lose over n over again. It's frustrating beyond words. Reason I quit ow1

I was plat my whole Overwatch career, I recently crashed to literally silver 5 (in tank and support - my 2 best roles). Only Solo queuing.. I was losing my mind
Anyway just found a couple fellow hard stuck Silvers and been duo’ing with them and winning like 80% of our games - almost gold again already

Stop playing Mercy in general, stop playing Kiri, Zen and Bap if you can’t aim. Do damage on those heroes. No, I don’t want you to pocket me. Stop pocketing the DPS, they need to learn cover. No, I’m not going to protect you at all times, just use cover. Stop using Anti to heal me. Stop hitting peopke who are running away with Anti. Don’t randomly nano me just because you have it.
I play Sigma and I suck. I die all the time, can't counter shit. Zarya is a nightmare, Hog and D.Va are a nuissance. It's annoying as hell. Also Rein.

Crazy how every time I watch a coach mills video I see awful advice. Stand still with your initial shot as widow is an awful piece of advice, using a and d quite literally can make shooting easier, walking your crosshair onto someone’s head when they don’t see you is much more likely to be a headshot than flicking. It’s situational but still calling yourself a coach then saying that is insane

That is incredibly slow for a game like Overwatch, it's good for valorant but there's a lot going in Overwatch and you need high sensitivity so you can actually turn around in time, it comes down to personal preference at the end of the day"

@@DrDemolition 800 DPI x 5 in-game sense is about average for DPS and mechanical oriented supports at the pro level. Hitscan players will typically be a bit lower and projectile/melee platers a bit higher.
Now for tanks and non aim supports crank that up
Please don’t be exposing widows capabilities as blizzard will nerf her again. As a widow main, I take so much time to learn how to play her, and have put a lot of work into her! So please just leave it be!🙄🙄

B. Moira and Tracer require no skill. One you just spam teleports. The other you don't even have to aim with.

@@ActiveTyrant you will be surprised how easily good hitscans can smoke pharah if she plays without pocket even if you have good gamesense. McCowboy is overtuned and easy to play so i can smoke pharahs even if i don't play him too much; ashe is... ashe, nothing special to say; soldier will smoke you down faster than your rockets will reach his face and widow simply won't allow you to play the game if she is good enough (also she will gets hardpocketed whenever you try to flank).
And yeah tracer skillz ain't that impressive except for sick pulses.
@@ivanych6231 tracer is a much more skilled hero blink management and recall timing/usage have way more nuance than wait for Cassidy to not look at me when I dive with pharah
@@ActiveTyrant nuh-uh. It's not as hard as on genji, who is basically dead if he wasted both dash and deflect. Tracer atleast has a tiny hitbox that still sometimes can save her.
