Just use the Lance, it's a peace of cake if you use the Lance or Gunlance. Usually takes me about 15 to 17 min.

Nothing about this fight looks fun
Its not.......the stun locks to death are frustrating as hell. This guy got lucky they weren't attacking like crazy and double teaming him. Granted, he does have skills and that shows with the timing of his shoulder charges. With that in mind, it's still VERY hard to do. The rng desides whether you win or not
I'm laughing when I tried it for the first time. Didn't know I'll have to fight them at the same time.

i went afk for 30min after dying 8 times
i came back, onehit the black diablos, got stunlocked and killed by the normal one...

That's crazy impressive !! This quest is a nightmare !! Btw how did you avoid the explosive dmg when detonating the bombs at the start ? I saw attack + roll, but you did it so fast !
Lock'n Load i think if u dont hit any weakspots u wont have that paused motion so u can quickly roll, If u atk inside the bomb, cuz u dont have to wait a split second for the explosion impact if ur directly ontop of the impact zone
Late reply I know, I've been watching this video to help improve my own attempts. What he did with the barrels is wait for the diablos to go into their turf war animation and then place the barrels in a spot he knows will they will hit when they clash horns. The reason he didn't take any damage is that he dodged backwards through both the barrel explosion and the horn clashing.

You are good but the rng in this hunt it's little bit much
There's rng is just about every hunt ...
You can get better times with the GL. Just sleep B. Diablos and go ham on diablos. Wear apothecary mantle after 1st sleep and keep going ham. On sleeps use the wyvern fire. On 2nd sleep, use stab, quick reload, and either hit with slam or sweep. Kind of tricky where you should stand and how far, but getting that wake up hit is superb. By this time B. Diablos should be up. At this point, just get small attacks in on regular diablos. He'll be dead in the next minute. Now just go ham on b. Diablos. Dragonator should be back. Use it when he's around the middle. Now use the rocks when he's getting about. Now just go ham again until quest clear. I do this and normally get a minute to 30 seconds before A rank. Fairly easy, fast Ace Hunter coins.

what upgrade did you put in your armor for not fall to the ground from the hits and continue fighting ? what armor did you chose ?
Big Boy Animation he’s wearing rocksteady mantle which prevents you from flinching during battle and reduces the damage you take

I saw a vid of a combo that's close to the dmg of a true charged slash, which was charge - tackle - same button as tackle, is it a good combo?(just got the zora GS today).
yes, if you think that you can't hit the monster with true charge, strong wide slash is a good alternative.

I main GS but I always cheese this quest with the gunlance lol. I hope they add more arena quests to this game because they're hella fun, even with randoms.
Hella fun, and hella painful. Seriously, black diablos in this quest usually two-shots me with her super charge attack (which caused stun in one hit) followed by any of her attack, or when diablos decided to **** me up when I got stunned.
Hopefully jho is added into arena as well, or challenge, or both.

I've always used the lance. Stay in a corner facing them. Guard the entire time and they will damage each other. Takes 15-20 min but it is all but guarantred victory the easy way.

Intrepid hunter gets in the way of couple arguing. Cuts right to the point.
I like how Capcom tries to be reallistic by being stunned while being hit too many times but once a larger monster gets knocked down the 2nd monster hits the monster that is on the ground and while you hit the monster that is on the ground and the other monster that is standing up hits the monster on the ground but also hitting you

I'm having trouble mastering the tackle mechanics. Any tips?
AndrewGhosting the way i do it, is i hold my current charge level until i have my oppurtunity for most damage, then i release and then go to the next charge. I use my shoulder tackle if i want to quickly get to the final charge or to counter attacks, timing can be a little tricky, you just need to watch for the tells monsters have and get ready to defy logic with your godly shoulder. Hope that helps.
Keep practice, seriously. That's the only tip I know

shame they didnt buff the other "basic" attacks. the playstyle will still remain the same sadly.
my monster fights never go this easy as for all the monster videos i come checkout for hints / strategies... even the length of time rocksteady held upin this battle ... i just dont get it ... seems to me other elements are at play here than just simple strategies ... the 2 diabolos barely even fought, let alone attacked the hinter while he/ she fought the other monster .... anyway, good job and thanks for the video

He did, but you can still take advantage of when they fight to get some bombs in and if you're lucky enough get both of their horns. Basically a free opportunity to attack while they deal damage to each other

Hammer works great against A Rathalos just ledge hop him with R2 where you drop into the arena and mount him for some serious damage given that you KO him for mount

Luckily had a friend to do these arena quests with. This is by far the worst of the lot. Wouldn't be out of place in a soulsborne game. Yet somehow we managed to get two B grades from two attempts. It's definitely better to do as a pair than solo. Not a enjoyable quest at all but man needs dem coins 😒
I honestly think these quests are worse than dark souls gank bosses because fighting two monsters at once seems way more random and they constantly push each other around and clip through each other. Its just really wonky and hard to understand whats even happening most of the time.

Genuinely can say that this quest is without a doubt the worst designed fight I've ever seen in any game. It requires 1 of 3 things to be doable/easy. 1) 2 people, with their attention split between each other AND 2 players it should become a lot easier, or if your lucky just split them into 2 1 v 1s. 2) an ass load of luck, the amount of stuns and wonky turns and hitboxes these 2 do is beyond ridiculous... Black diablos can charge at Diablos and brush off her hitbox pushing her directly into you despite you being in a completely different arena sometimes. 3) Insane cheese/Obscene levels of skill that most players don't have the time or patience to build up to.
This and the double beyblade arena quests genuinely are coming close to making me stop playing this game now that I have to farm them and have made me put the game down for the rest of a day on several occasions.
