Hi, i have a question about the spaces no filled, i mean, when you have zero risk in one grid. how can i indicate like a zero number ando not appears with out numbers (blank), and besides, for this same reason all the grids are not shaded white and in the end the design is a bit strange, I think adding the number zero is enough, but you don't explain that in this video, could you help me or give me an idea?give an idea
Hi Denisse, I think this can be achieved by using DAX IF statements that replace blank values with 0 values. However, I would need to investigate this in detail to be sure.
Thank you Erik, but you got me lost on 5x5 grid location query. What are appropriate steps to add this query to the main risk table? You mentioned another video explaining that, but I can't find it. Any suggestion? Thank you.
Hi Halyna, I'm referencing other video's on this playlist: czcams.com/play/PLBE7Yqq2lkv5S0eRWYHhBlfvqgVqzSEJV.html You can find more information on the 5 by 5 grid on the first video on that list. Thanks for commenting, have a good weekend!
Erik, thanks...I'm glad I found you. I have subscribed to the newsletter. I created the 5x5 risk matrix yesterday, but I can't really use it because although it's a nice visual, it's not interactive. This Synoptic Panel one looks as though it might be (e.g., click on a block and it filters the risks to those reflected in that block). How do we get access to the templates you are showing? I don't see them on the website.
Welcome aboard Rip! If you go to the OneDrive folder you will find the synoptic panel content on the 5th folder on top. It contains both the png files and the power bi file as reference.
Hi Lily, I can't find you on the list of subscribers. Didn't you get a mail from us? There is a search bar on the middle top where you can find everything. But I'll try to reorganize and make is easier. I will not put the link here because that defeats the purpose of the newsletter. Thanks for understanding. Also, if you subscribed you have a direct mail adres to reach me on, please reach out if you need any assistance.

Another Great video - Thanks Erik. I'll have to give this a try even though I have just got my Risk Matrix sorted out using your last video!
Great video! along with the materials they helped med a lot. Thanks.
Very welcome!
And a big thanks to Annesofie Sørensen for showing me how to work with the Synoptic Panel visual 🎉

How to use the drill-through function with this or filter multiple charts for eg chart 1 has one type of risk and chart 2 sub type?
