Thank you! Thank you for stopping by dude. I went ahead a browsed your channel and subscribed. And yes i am hoping to have this running this week. Stay tuned for more things coming to the channel. Cheers
If you are going to be doing the botajell wash the car method you need to to take all of the wheel bearings out and remove the seals and put some marine grease and racing oil in so you wont have a problem with your bearings rusting out and locking up on you eventually, nice video and dont worry about the springs just put some more preload on them and it will be fine!
Thanks for the comment dude. Yeah and i ended up using DDM black springs for the rear and that took care of the weight situation. And thanks on the bearings-they were taken care of of camera.
Looking to get my first Losi 5t soon. Just subscribed to your channel. Really enjoy all your videos, really opened my eyes as to what is actually available out there and thanks for taking the time to share your knowledge with us. 😁👍
Hey i appreciate the comments. And yes i enjoy putting out videos so thank you. I am happy you want to purchase your 1st 5T!! It’s an amazing experience and the smell of it right out of the box is priceless lol.
Hey brother keep up the good work over there in the sunny west side! I cant wait to hear that rip! I know you are gonna be the first one to cut this BR40 loose it looks like! You should get a tail tach and GpS so we can see what that sucker is capable of! ⛽️⛽️⛽️💪🏼💪🏼🤝
Hey Jeff thanks for the comment. Yes i am hoping to have this running within a few days. And yes i think I’ll do GPS. The engine weighs a nice amount so it better rip! Lol cheers my dude
Beautiful! Beautiful words you just said right now brotha.. i was at Prado Lake this morning running the V but I’ll be back at Legg next weekend with boats. I may actually bring 5th scale vehicles too.
Awesome video man, I got a question for you, what do you think about the losi 5ive b? I was planning to get the 5ive t but I have gotten plenty of rtr vehicles and was wondering if it was time to try out a kit. So what do you think about the losi 5ive b over the 5ive t? Thanks man
Hey dude. Thanks for tuning in! Yeah so the 5ive-B is an awesome vehicle built specifically for racing. It’s light weight, and you can pretty much make it how ever you want! So yeah it’s a great vehicle. I may have one coming for fun. In my opinion though for me i prefer the 5t platform because I’m simply a fan of real life size trophy trucks. They just look a lot cooler if you catch my drift. That’s why i keep buying the 5ts and also the Vekta.5 looks amazing and i have one. I am actually thinking of getting the 5ive-B but with a custom trophy truck body! I hate the 5ive B body. Lol. Anyway cheers dude
Hey you know what? Honestly i never thought about that. That’s a very very good idea. In fact, i think i will order those and have for next video. Thanks and cheers!
Ha ha yeah dude. For sure cheaper. But still very expensive. YES these vehicles run on regular unleaded GAS. No nitro. I normally use higher than 93 octane on my off-roading stuff, and 87 octane on my RC boats. Thanks for watching cheers
@@SmithRCStudios I guess more expensive relative to the smaller scale RC cars. Do you race that truck at all? That would be a dope thing to do on the weekends.
@@livedeliciously YES of course relative to the smaller scale RC. But also relative to my earnings. That’s why i say expensive. I have way too many hobbies and family to take of. So for me it’s expensive. And yes i do have a race vehicle but it’s not the one in this video. I showcase other vehicles and boats on my channel. Currently doing a race build. Thanks for watching. Cheers
Yeah but no worries bro you can take these 1/5 scales anywhere. I normally bash at parks. Or in my neighborhood. There’s always cool places. Let me know next time you go out and want to run your rigs. I know great spots
What size bolts did you use in place of the stock bolts in the clutch housing,What’s the best clutch bell to use,I’m going with turtle racing clutch housing .Bass ass vid I’m gonna buy the 40 cc soon
Sweet video brother!!! That will be awesome to see rip. Nice carbon fiber shroud. Great watch!!!
Thank you! Thank you for stopping by dude. I went ahead a browsed your channel and subscribed. And yes i am hoping to have this running this week. Stay tuned for more things coming to the channel. Cheers

Beautiful! Beautiful words you just said right now brotha.. i was at Prado Lake this morning running the V but I’ll be back at Legg next weekend with boats. I may actually bring 5th scale vehicles too.
Can't wait to see how the BR40 performs. Great video!
Yes indeed. Hopefully by next week i got it running bro.
Looking forward to the first start 👍🏻

Smith RC Studios I think I am going with the 5ive b man but yes I agree, I really dislike that stock body lol
Smith RC Studios you know what man, I changed my mind, I just can’t get over the look of the 5ive t body. So I am going with the losi 5ive t 2.0
Nitro rc Lol 😂 wow!!! Hahaha i agree with you!! Hey but don’t worry. You can always build your 5ive -t how you want it.
Smith RC Studios 😂 That is true though, over time I will build it the way I want it.
👊💥🤜🤛Give me a call tomorrow when you get a chance
Heyyyy John! Yeah sure! I’ll call you tomorrow. 👍🏽 😎
Why not use the red to take care of your weight gain and put blue shock covers ?
Hey you know what? Honestly i never thought about that. That’s a very very good idea. In fact, i think i will order those and have for next video. Thanks and cheers!
How is the motor working out for you? Any problems?
Hey engine is nice... it is not yet pulling the speed i want.. currently working out the gear ratio. My later videos show the progression. Cheers
That engine is a masterpiece bro beautiful🤤 baanging💣💨💣🤙👍
Rc Bushcraft thank you yes. I honestly just want to rip already.. lol. Stay tuned
This hobby looks waaay cheaper than modifying an actual car. Does that motor run on regular gas or nitro?
