As we have grown it's become more and more apparent how important the back end of the business is to ensure that the front of our business can keep growing at such a fast rate. I feel that the back end of businesses isn't well documented enough so hopefully you can take something from this video and apply it to the work you're doing on your business today!

Video idea - Work with areas within the business (advertising, marketing, IT, sales, product team) and create an almost “day in the life” style of video (Very much like this video) where you both show what the team does and from an inside prospective what it’s like to work in that department of gymshark. (Feel like this would also be a great addition to your job adverts. As a newer member into the world of work (2 years full time now) I found whenever applying for a job the description never truly showed what the job was about and this I feel greatly discourages a lot of people in the sense they feel as if they don’t know what it’s about which means they can’t do it. Showing in video format what a rough day to day role is like attracts, excites and educates any person more about the job role that any paragraph and bullet points can.)
This would be cool, like a fly on the wall type format, similar to what Kahn Design are doing on CZcams but focused on each department. Good suggestion!

Absolutely fantastic video! The back end of a business is always the interesting part, how every little detail fits together. People don't understand the work that goes on behind the scenes and unless you've had the opportunity to work in logistics for exemple such as myself, I feel that videos like this can show people and make them appreciate how much effort gets put into bringing that special package to their doorstep. Great video Ben!
Loving the videos, it's truly incredible what's been achieved in such a short space of time! It's also sooo refreshing to see someone in the entrepreneur/business space with such a humble and grounded attitude.
I think It'd be really interesting to see the nitty gritty side of GS marketing, and how the marketing and strategies have evolved since day one (such as PPC, Social, Inbound etc). Would be awesome if that is something you can share in a future video :)!

You are an inspiration Ben. Just goes to show with the desire and hard work anything is possible. Gymshark clothing is the bomb! I only ever used to wear nike in the gym, but all my tops and leggings are GS now, exceptional quality but don’t cost the earth like Nike gear. Customer service is always top notch too, queries and returns dealt with quickly, efficiently and courteously 👍🏽
