Swapping DJs is a waste of money. Just show up once or twice a day and toss out a troublemaker. If you enter in passive mode you will always get the toss out rather than the VIP escort.
I agree but with buying dj it only takes 100k to get full popularity and you can get a lot of profit so not a toatl waste since you get more money back
tip : railgun ammo is costly if purchased by gun van what you can do is register urself as an ceo then go to ceo abilities and the drop ammo it will cost 1500$ and u will get 20 rail gun ammo cheaper faster as well as efficient
@@HuLKGaming-ho1nc yes to fill ur nightclub popularity what you can do is enable passive mode and enter ur nightclub from main entrance and walk until marcel sends a notification abt a troublemaker, (bein in passive mode will always make sure you get a troublemaker) just throw him out and u get 10k and increased popularity, rebooking dj costs 10k but this trick is simple and efficient.
@@austintiger7388retire as CEO/MC then last option enable and disable, exit the menu and go inside. I always run anywhere so I get to my bar around the point where the mode disables but I consistently get the message for either the bar or the toilets
@@rrruuby Depends on what level you are. If you don't have a ton of money and are a low level, I would say the Acid Lab since it is an easy, solo-friendly business. If you are a higher level, I would say to get the Nightclub. The Bunker and MC are only really good with 3+ people.

Biggest thing I advise any new player too get is the 2.2 million submarine for the cayo perico heist!! You can make a easy few million a day doing the heist! Then can buy anything you like!
Would highly recommend people buy the Sparrow helicopter with their Kosatka as well. It’s great for going back and forth between your sub and Cayo heist prep missions, and it’s one of the faster helicopters in the game with amazing nearby spawn locations when you request it from your Kosatka services menu.
job wrapping is best way of quick traveling, we can do tht in cayo perico as well an fast person can do cayo setups in 20mins at max with job wrap, my best is 19:43

But before I didn't have it so instead of spending almost 4 million I spent 1.8 million on the sparrow and got the 240k$ homing missiles for it until I could stack enough for the mk2 but I feel ya on that part for players already with the mk2 No need for the sparrow!
@@sairasu5246 You can run heists back to back. For example, Cayo has about a 2 and a half hour cool down, but if you have a second character, you can run it again immediately on the second one.
Priority should always be 1. CEO building 2. Warehouse 3. Kosatka 4. Sparrow 5. Oppressor M2 6. Nightclub + upgrades for max passive income After all of this you're free to continue grinding and buy whatever you want or feel is necessary. A lot of what the creator listed is really tedious and unnecessary, you'll spend more time playing the game than earning money that way.

I agree with you that the assault shotgun is definitely a great necessity, as well as the railgun. I agree with you that the oppressor mark 2 is a great choice and solo play but you must admit that ninety-nine percent of the motherfukers out there have them to use them to grief on other players. You missed the mark on your weapons load out; the Combat MG is absolutely a better choice to me for any engagement past assault shotgun range; has much better damage and TTK than ANY assault rifle and no need to really even purchase an assault rifle, therefore, saving you precious $$$ in the process. Then upgrade to the MK2 variant in Freakshop or Terrorbyte for even more lethality..
Educate her about raids or her business will get raided and she'll lose it all. Stealth raids are still not fixed so warehouses are SUPER vulnerable to getting stealth raided, you get no notice or chance to do anything and all your stock vanishes.

some of these missions i do not like i play solo cause i was tried of people killing me for no reason for the last week i been grinding the ejection guy at the nightclub can make $200,000 in 50 minutes and the money from the nightclub every 48 minutes. It get boring after a while but to me fastest way to make money without doing nothing.
@@qualandrew201494 Walking into a door, walking up to the guy and throwing him out takes less than 1 minute. If you got 10k for it, and could do it again you can make 500,000-600,000 in 1 hour just ejecting people. Your night club will be full pop and give you another $50,000 in that 1 hour. Meaning (if it works, which it does not anymore at least for me on PC) you can reliably make $550,000-$650,000 per hour every hour with no cooldowns, breaks, deaths, griefing, set-ups, ammo costs etc. It's just boring. It's not bad money at all. Especially when you consider you can do it for 3 hours straight, netting $1,500,000 - $1,950,000 in 3 hours, ~$2.2mil-$2.6mil in 4 hours. Cayo perico has a CD of 3 hours an 14 minutes, and once you get a high value payout it gives you cr@p for a long time afterwards, preventing high value from spawning. Set up cost is ALWAYS $25,000, pavel takes 2% and the fence takes 10% so even with the HIGHEST VALUE HEIST where you get Panther Statue, Gold secondary, and $100,000 from the safe for a total of ~$2.3million. On average more like $1.6mil. And you can't do that back to back, and it has an over 3 hour cooldown now unless you're not playing legit. That's the most a solo player can make from Cayo, ~$2.3 million IF YOU'RE LUCKY 1 time every 4 ish hours (because set-ups, too.) Not counting snacks, deaths, impounds, ammo or armour during set ups and mission. Minimum cut is 15% now so 55% leader cut on a 4 man with BEST LOOT is still ~$2,000,000 for your trouble. If you get sub-par loot it's even less than $2 million for ~4 hours work. I legit have not even done Cayo for months and months because it's just NOT WORTH MY TIME. If you like Cayo you must be cheesing/cheating some part of it, like guaranteeing best loot every time or not doing set-ups or you've found a way to cheat the cooldown timer. And if you're willing to do that stuff, you might as well do easier cheese methods to make much more in much less time (not going to share, sorry.) Granted, if you set up cayo, do it, then go maintain your nightclub, pay $7500 to restock each of 5 warehouses, do the auto shop bank heist for $300k, maintain/sell your acid lab, maybe a payphone hit, and/or your favorite money making method to really grind during the cooldown for Cayo, fine. I'll concede it has good money if you do it as part of another rotation. But in terms of straight up reliable money per hour, $10,000 per minute in passive with no missions, % cuts or other expenses is one of the best legitimate ways to make money that has ever been in the game. Everybody is going to have to find a balance between efficient and enjoyable, and for me personally neither the door-man method or the cayo set-ups are enjoyable enough to be worth their efficiency. I find going between passives like nightclub, warehouse and acid lab while doing auto-shop heists made as much money or more with a lot less deaths, frustrations, and boring set-ups. Especially since all the changes to cayo (worse loot, longer cooldown, guards see bodies, rubio's helicopter, forced to use weapons I don't like) I'd rather do almost ANYTHING else. That includes night club door-man. I would rather play night club doorman for an hour than do those set-up missions for Cayo, the tower in particular. The pay off would be comparable and I REALLY REALLY hate new Cayo. Like REALLY hate it. I wish people still did diamond casino or that I could do it solo. But at the end of the day I'd probably enjoy running heists if R* hadn't banned all my legit heist friends who NEVER cheated and used to run heists with me for hours. But I can't make new friends because the second you leave invite only lobby the 10000000000000000000000000000000000000modders R* does NOTHING about just ruin your whole experience and you end up waiting 40 minutes in the clouds for the game to release you from h3II. TL DR; it's not inefficient, you don't know what you're talking about.

Buzzard attack helicopter is faster then the crappy mk2 and is does not run out of ammo, you can ceo call it in and you can even get multiple helicopters out on the map at any given time. Also repair it at the ceo office. Mk2 is a noob crutch.

The Vehicle Warehouse isn't passive though, so there are better things to do with your time. And it's 80,000 because you have to pay 20,000 to do up the vehicle first. And that's assuming you have zero damage during sourcing and delivering. In the time you'd earn 240,000 from Vehicle Warehouse you could earn over 1.3m in Cayo Perico Heist.
I disagree. I don’t think we need to worry that pipe bombs Can blow up faster, but you can always just use your grenade launcher instead of using throwabowls, I guess pipe bombs can be worth it sometimes. Definitely not grenades other than sticky bombs mostly

Technicians make stock within the nightclub that total $50k in value every hour. The nightclub stock is separate than each individual business's stock that they produce on their own (for example the $135k)

Also Autoshop gives you access to all colors. Even if you dont have them unlocked.
Big tip: make a second character. You can run Cayo’s twice as often. It’s a bit of an investment but you make it back so quick it’s well worth it.

Did a Dax mission and got 50k in like 5 minutes. I was so happy. That's about double from a contact mission on hard that takes 10 plus minutes

My friend just started and already has a ceo office 42 crate warehouse a nightclub bunker and a mk2 and vigilante and she only rank 25

My main way to deal with greifers is the buffalo stx with sticky bombs with no missle lock on. I'm unstoppable
some of these missions i do not like i play solo cause i was tried of people killing me for no reason for the last week i been grinding the ejection guy at the nightclub can make $200,000 in 50 minutes and the money from the nightclub every 48 minutes. It get boring after a while but to me fastest way to make money without doing nothing.

@@qualandrew201494 Walking into a door, walking up to the guy and throwing him out takes less than 1 minute. If you got 10k for it, and could do it again you can make 500,000-600,000 in 1 hour just ejecting people. Your night club will be full pop and give you another $50,000 in that 1 hour. Meaning (if it works, which it does not anymore at least for me on PC) you can reliably make $550,000-$650,000 per hour every hour with no cooldowns, breaks, deaths, griefing, set-ups, ammo costs etc.
It's just boring. It's not bad money at all. Especially when you consider you can do it for 3 hours straight, netting $1,500,000 - $1,950,000 in 3 hours, ~$2.2mil-$2.6mil in 4 hours.
Cayo perico has a CD of 3 hours an 14 minutes, and once you get a high value payout it gives you cr@p for a long time afterwards, preventing high value from spawning. Set up cost is ALWAYS $25,000, pavel takes 2% and the fence takes 10% so even with the HIGHEST VALUE HEIST where you get Panther Statue, Gold secondary, and $100,000 from the safe for a total of ~$2.3million. On average more like $1.6mil. And you can't do that back to back, and it has an over 3 hour cooldown now unless you're not playing legit. That's the most a solo player can make from Cayo, ~$2.3 million IF YOU'RE LUCKY 1 time every 4 ish hours (because set-ups, too.) Not counting snacks, deaths, impounds, ammo or armour during set ups and mission. Minimum cut is 15% now so 55% leader cut on a 4 man with BEST LOOT is still ~$2,000,000 for your trouble. If you get sub-par loot it's even less than $2 million for ~4 hours work. I legit have not even done Cayo for months and months because it's just NOT WORTH MY TIME. If you like Cayo you must be cheesing/cheating some part of it, like guaranteeing best loot every time or not doing set-ups or you've found a way to cheat the cooldown timer. And if you're willing to do that stuff, you might as well do easier cheese methods to make much more in much less time (not going to share, sorry.)
Granted, if you set up cayo, do it, then go maintain your nightclub, pay $7500 to restock each of 5 warehouses, do the auto shop bank heist for $300k, maintain/sell your acid lab, maybe a payphone hit, and/or your favorite money making method to really grind during the cooldown for Cayo, fine. I'll concede it has good money if you do it as part of another rotation. But in terms of straight up reliable money per hour, $10,000 per minute in passive with no missions, % cuts or other expenses is one of the best legitimate ways to make money that has ever been in the game. Everybody is going to have to find a balance between efficient and enjoyable, and for me personally neither the door-man method or the cayo set-ups are enjoyable enough to be worth their efficiency. I find going between passives like nightclub, warehouse and acid lab while doing auto-shop heists made as much money or more with a lot less deaths, frustrations, and boring set-ups. Especially since all the changes to cayo (worse loot, longer cooldown, guards see bodies, rubio's helicopter, forced to use weapons I don't like) I'd rather do almost ANYTHING else. That includes night club door-man. I would rather play night club doorman for an hour than do those set-up missions for Cayo, the tower in particular. The pay off would be comparable and I REALLY REALLY hate new Cayo. Like REALLY hate it. I wish people still did diamond casino or that I could do it solo.
But at the end of the day I'd probably enjoy running heists if R* hadn't banned all my legit heist friends who NEVER cheated and used to run heists with me for hours. But I can't make new friends because the second you leave invite only lobby the 10000000000000000000000000000000000000modders R* does NOTHING about just ruin your whole experience and you end up waiting 40 minutes in the clouds for the game to release you from h3II.
TL DR; it's not inefficient, you don't know what you're talking about.

Duke o Death is good but sometimes it's very slippery on off-road and that is very annoying 😅
Buzzard attack helicopter is faster then the crappy mk2 and is does not run out of ammo, you can ceo call it in and you can even get multiple helicopters out on the map at any given time. Also repair it at the ceo office. Mk2 is a noob crutch.

Dont buy the upgrades to your mc businesses, unless you plan to run them. It increases overhead and takes away profits from the nightclub. I dont run the mc businesses, better ways to get money

The Vehicle Warehouse isn't passive though, so there are better things to do with your time. And it's 80,000 because you have to pay 20,000 to do up the vehicle first. And that's assuming you have zero damage during sourcing and delivering.
In the time you'd earn 240,000 from Vehicle Warehouse you could earn over 1.3m in Cayo Perico Heist.

Wait so with the nightclub technicians I will make 50k per hour for all businesses but previously you said with the bunker we make 135k every 2 hours so 66.5k per hour just with one business. What am I missing?
Technicians make stock within the nightclub that total $50k in value every hour. The nightclub stock is separate than each individual business's stock that they produce on their own (for example the $135k)
