A tip for all my fellow people watching this video, I personally own a Mercedes and I bought a fake rolex worth 3500rs, I got out of my car wearing that watch and told everyone it's a fake and they laughed saying "ofcourse" with sarcasm....I hope you all got the point.
It's may be for ur case but I have seen my dad he owns 3 premium car stills he smokes biri so I know even if people owe premium car they might not invest on other product's so my friends never shown me any copy product It won't take me seconds to identify u were lucky u don't have such people's around

And as far as it goes to opening up the watch to check it if it's real or not, no one will go to that extent so a expensive fake will make out, atleast for me, if you have people around you who open your watch up then yeah better wear a real watch, my friend.

Hi Kriti, by way of introduction I am a watch enthusiast n a watch collector since 2010. I own more than 300 watches aquired across the world!
I have couple of points on your video:
What went well?
- Presentation, you wore a blazer jacket with black shirt complementing with black nail color which goes well with the aesthetics, matches the intent of reviewing a Rolex, so good job
- Background is sober
- Your speech was well delivered with no over talking
- Use of high-end tools like weight machine, winder n metal caliper, gave a professional watch review feeling
- Coverage of the areas as a comparison b/w real n fake, again gave a professional watch review feeling
What could be done better?
- I felt there are some flaws in your research, like the watch models you reviewed real vs fake are actually male vs female versions which are nearly not comparable at all.
- Red tag vs green tag, Rolex in their previous models actually used a red tag. 2015(July) and onwards is when they started a green tagging and increased their watch warranty to 5 years, before which red tag n 2 year warranty were provided.
- It seemed from your video that the real date just is an old model as the warranty card and the card holder both has been modified for recent models. On the contrary the warranty card on the fake is actually what they are providing now for real ones, ofcourse with top quality.
- In the past Rolex actually used the Box n papers like the fake (again with top quality on originals), actually they provided certificate on a folded paper earlier. It does not mean that all rolexes with such boxes n papers are fakes, you should have clarified that.
- Case back on the fake had a green logo, which was actually done by Rolex in the past, it worked as a scan code for it respective models, now they do it on the side opp to the crown with a scan code easily visible, again all case backs with green logo are not fakes, should have been called out separately.
- The watch in review is a date just n I have never seen a date just with a president clasp, not even in fakes. You mentioned that the fake one had a clasp which is from older models, I am sorry to say that is not for datejust, for all date justs ever made by Rolex had the one you showed or a slightly different for vintage models but never the crown one. The crown clasp is very famous and is exclusively for the day date (Rolex President) model. You didn't use a good quality fake and hence the piece had a mix of two different models under Rolex umbrella
- Calling a Rolex clasp (which is the one of the 3 best brands with combinations of art n engineering together), watch lock is a crime in the eye of all watch enthusiasts.
- Brands like Rolex, AP, PP and other very high end brands are investments, they provide great ROI over time, therefore price of Rolexes are never limited to only start (7L), going upto only 1.5cr and vintage till 7cr. This is not a true statement at all as the higest price of Rolex in recent times is the Paul Newman's Daytona worth 17.8 m USD (more than 144cr in INR) as on Oct 2017. Also, you should not comment on the price when dealing with USD price listing.
- Always try to use a digital caliper and measure watches in mm n not cm, that's what even the watch brands do when sharing specifications.
- You are reviewing a Rolex date just, c'mon a watch worth over 17k USD and a priceless brand since centuries , you cannot miss any of the aforementioned attention to detailing.

But if you want to be 100% sure then you should give the watch for servicing to Rolex Showroom and they will charge you about 75000 Rupees to authenticate and it will also add 2 years warranty to your watch. And you will get a proper receipt to prove it authentic.

You forgot to mention about the glass, whether sapphire or plastic, and a scratched Rolex logo which is on the sapphire glass if you look carefully from the side.
I read a comment from someone mentioning that when a replica factory has a waiting list, its a sign that their products are superior to the originals. In this case, Swissarex is that factory.

Madam use ant static gloves when u present watch brand like Rolex..your holding an average peranum income of an Indian citizen 😁 .. It really helpful when you represent watches ..U didn't speak about the glass of the watch ..it is sapphire crystal and simple way of understanding a Rolex watch it could be used or refurbished or gifted is ,store the watch into deep freezer , check after 12 hours if it is orginal,No doubt the accuracy of the time will tally with the current time ..were as replica will stop functioning After 20 minutes.

Dont get me wrong , but comparison should be done on same watch - no point on measuring weight , size or lock. And the pricing i guess it starts around 4L and max not 1.5 cr it is more than that . Concept was good but some info are false.

The most important thing the movement is the key criteria for genuine Swiss watch and the first thing to see is smooth jerk free second Needle swipe look at orginal swipe smooth and with jerks the this is because Rolex actually spend money in movement and fake watch will have jerking seconds needle
every automatic movement has jerks except for the hybrid grand seiko spring drive. get a look at a nautilus or a royal oak's movement fe.

You should have brought the same watch. I have Rolex submariner Hulk(18 lakhs) , and I don't wear it where ever I go that's the reason I brought the fake one which costed me around 8k. This watch is Chinese made and is 1:1 without box it's still waterproof and scratch resistant and weighs 2gm more than that of orignal one. U can't make out the difference between them if you are looking at it by naked eyes. And when ever some one calls it fake I show the original bill and then they realise that what I am wearing is orginal and legit, not a fake one. 😂

I can buy the original but from where .Ethos is number one crooked company they have watches but they sell at black market. Example Daytona Chronograph they have the watches but same 10 lac watch they want to sell it for 25 lac. They create demand. We can buy the watch but they don't want everybody should wear Rolex. regards from USA.
If you are from the US, you'll get authentic Rolex stores in Big Towns. Dont buy online.. instead visit the stores and buy.
