I hope in Madden 25 we don't need Gift Wrapped to catch passes. Regs has been cooked because of it for me too. The ability was rarely used in 23 if at all.
I couldn't imagine how bad regs is this year. Defense is so hard in this game, and regs nobody hits man or zone threshold or has KOs. I would never get stops against a good player
It’s a lot better than mut tbh. Skill gap actually exists.
I still think gift wrapped is important cuz I’ve had gronk drop multiple easy open drag routes when I didn’t have it.

yo cc...i know folks all love deep zone ko and mid zone ko on SS/FS....J Brown gets the mid zone for zero in his x factor slot plus dKo and pa for ttl of 1...is that equivalent to universal coverage plus a zone ko (for break on ball bonus) and PA for 1 ttl?

I use gift wrap and gunslinger on all my QBs. I run about half the time so I don’t need SFL, Hot route master or anything like that.
I prefer to use bruiser, bulldozer on my RBs. I use the truck and stiff arm more than Jukes.
I use post up on my Oline.
I even use reach for it or second wind on players who don’t get good abilities or discounts. They activate on the field.
Pretty much I don’t waste any ability point if it’s not making my player light up on the field. If I see the player flash then I know the abilities work.
why not have edge threat elite on reigns doesnt it do the same as under pressure and edge threat but only costs one
Good question. I personally feel like edge threat locks them into certain animations.
But its worth more testing on my end 🤝

I have mid zone on outside but I usually have my flat zones at like 15-20 until they attack the flats. Should I prefer a flat ko?
Its all about the hash marks. Inside is midzone, outside is flat
I go to mut rewards I have bought alot of packs it says I opened 0
Idk if you’ve played old gen this year but they haven’t put any of the new abilities in there. It’s pretty weird seeing the major difference between the 2 games this year.
