I've got an idea for a weapon mod that you or some other modder can try. You know those 10mm attachments that you're working on? I really like Fallout 4's ten mil design, and I'd really like see that same style made into an assault rifle frame. Even though I can never use your mods because I play on the Playstation 4, I really enjoy seeing the stuff that modders come up with.
The idea of using a screwdriver as a weapons looks interesting and realistic. Imaging coming out of the pod and there is no weapon like security batons but you see a toolbox and there is screwdriver inside it. It's better using that as a first melee weapon than rather use your fists.
Yeah, I feel like there should have been some varieties of certain weapons that can only be used with Power Armor. It would certainly give players a little more incentive to wear it.
I really want to see someone falloutify the AA12 at some point, I think it'd be a very interesting weapon to see with west tek sights or even wood furniture and junk parts

- the first mod reminds of Ash heap from fallout 76. Quite good looking mod i must say - that bumper swords is much better variant as a weapon for mutes. Should be made as replacer for vanilla board😅 - badass bolt action rifle, will be installing that one for my game
Yeah look at Chernobyl. 200 years after WW III you'd have a lot more green vegetation than in the vanilla game I guess. So I use a mod that does that the opposite of Vulkan. Though it'd be okay for 76 maybe.
@@wilomica Same, I use Boston Natural Surroundings (I think that's the correct name)... but I could concede in my games that the Glowing Sea area "could" have been left a total wrecked, irredeemable wasteland area, and it could look like what the mod does to it. It would be more believable to me that way, than the way it is in vanilla...
The JAK-12 needs more than just a leveled list patch, it seems to have a few issues that need fixing before I'd want to use it... in the meantime I'll just stick with masterskywalker3's AA-12 Shotgun mod.

honestly I may have just found a replacement for Dry Wasteland with Vulkan for my "Fallout 4 should have just been Fallout 3 with updated graphics, gameplay mechanics and a new setting" load order since Dry Wasteland messes with Scrap (Almost) Everything and PRP even when put at the bottom of the load order like both of those mods say they should be at
What landscape mod were you using when you were at the buried church with the ghouls during the shotgun part? Also what lighting or enb or whatever gives you that near photo-real level graphics?

there is a mod which let you combine defense of your power armour with your defense of your character and have effects of your legendary armour and power armour effects activated at same time ? because dont have sense that when you have a high defense and when you wear power armour this defense is reduced or replaced by power armour and when your power armor is destroyed you have a defense like if you didnt have any clothes or nothing when you have all your clothes with power frame but you have less defense than when you werent using power frame or power armor in general.

Mods being on Discord is very sad. I despise Discord and I hate having to have a bunch of profiles all over the place just to do something simple like download mods. The companies your attached to, the higher the chance that you get compromised if the company has a security breach.

Screwdriver is nice. All other mods suck. I don't get it how can they make such beautiful weapons and doesn't have enough brain to create weathered look to those weapons???

Could've formulated it a bit nicer tho :l It's not about the mods being bad by any means, it's just sad so many Nexus mods especially have god awful textures and material choices that just seem extremely low effort.. The FN Pistol is the only actually good looking gun from this selection and it'd be even greater with 1-2 more custom skins (happy that it comes in tan *and* black tho!), but yea, time will tell :D It's not exactly "easy, don't complain, just do it yourself" in this case since making textures look weathered in a tasteful manner requires a little more than three clicks in MS paint especially when you don't have the source material and have to work with the already finished and repacked dds files lol As someone who's done exactly that before, I wouldn't hold not being able to / wanting to learn how to do it against him haha Without User feedback, authors won't get an impression what to look into for future iterations and what to improve upon - if your stance is take it or leave it but stfu cuz I hate other opinions, you're not helping anyone 🤡

I know how hard it is to make textures, i have used mixer and substance painter. i make mods as well. Got a question here for anyone versed in modding, my fallout 4 boots to the menu but crashes when i try to load a save or start a new game, with the error message Warnings/CreateTexture2DWarning.cpp(60): A call to ID3D11Device::CreateTexture2D failed with error code 0x80070057. This will crash the game. I have never seen this message before and I cannot seem to fix it
@@TheWhoamaters select half of your mods, disable it. Launch game. If you see the error, disable half of the portion of mods that is active. do it repeatedly until you find the mod causing crashes.

Probably Reactor ENB sice there's a strong cold hue in his game, granted, you could actually change the LUT.

you have a mod that has broken textures. do binary search and find the offending mod.

I believe its the Merc Drifter Outfit from the "Mercenary Outfit Pack (Standalone)" mod by DefaltTheFixer. Its on the nexus.
