Mack MP7 EGR Cooler and EGR Valve Removal! - [S1E3]

Quick question, what's your trick to take off those 4 bolts holding the Egr, without braking them and having to replace the manifold. Any penegrants in particular ? Heat, water, impact gun ? Any tips ? Thank you

Try an air impact first not a ratchet I broke one bolt with a ratchet and the air impact took them out

Tell me again how these emissions things actually help the environment? Eventually all the crud goes somewhere. Meanwhile the truck can’t breathe and it starts burning more fuel to overcome.

What is you technique for attaching that horseshoe while its in the truck also what do you use to hold in vebs when removing the rocker
