Kendra, I recently learned that coffee can actually inhibit the absorption of a lot of vitamins so I've started taking mine either about an hour before or after I have my morning coffee! Just thought you might like to know :)

I definitely feel like I spend most my time in the kitchen! But at the same time, it's in a weird way my little sanctuary,when it's clean I feel peaceful and capable,but of course when it's not,I feel the complete opposite!lol

Everyone on CZcams keeps advising to wake up before your kids and it’s relaxing and I would love to do that but my two year old has always woken up at 5am!!! And he goes to sleep at 7:15pm with a nap that lasts one hour and a half everyday. I would have to wake up at 4am lol to get in my time and I can’t it’s too early :(.
Oh my ! That’s awesome but not awesome at the same time lol at least he’s developed a good schedule but don’t worry I don’t think you have to wake up at 4 it’s usually more recommended for kids that wake up like at 7 or 8 then you would wake up at 6 or 6:30 that’s what I think but awesome job momma💕
Oh then I definitely wouldn’t wake up earlier!!! 😀
I would drop the nap! Hopefully he will sleep longer at night that way

My sons 18 months and I have been looking everywhere for a multivitamin for him. The most I’ve saw and researched say ages 3 & up. But I did FINALLY find a chewy one for when he turns 2! It’s the brand little critters! I saw them at target! Worth a check next time your there! It might work for the girls ! (Doesn’t hurts to run it by your peditritian either!) :)

I take the same prenatals and take mine out for the day so I don’t forget 😆 also how do you keep the twins room so pretty? My two year old twin girls have destroyed their room. Their dresser now has locks all over it and I had to take out most furniture because they would use it as a way to climb out of their gate in the middle of the night 😳😋

thanks! we kinda have started but not 'officially'. I think once we are all over our colds I will. But for now we have two pottys and they know they get candy when they sit on it haha.
@@kendraatkins we just potty trained our 2 yr old especially since I have a little one due in June. Surprisingly, she caught on after day 3. No accidents since then. Good luck with your girls!!

Love Kopari! Their deodorant is my fave! I recently learned that charcoal toothpaste, no matter how “fine” is damaging to your teeth. I had been using it for about 6 months when my dentist told me to stop using it and that I had already done damage.

we love it! we had a keuig and hated it, never was hot!
So true! I've never owned a Keurig but most places I've worked have kept them for their employees and the coffee, regardless of the brand, just doesn't taste as good. I have owned lots of other machines including a Nespresso and I absolutely love the Ninja.

I probably won't just since it's such a touchy subject, but I will say we haven't done all of them. And the ones we do get we space out a ton, delayed them and never get two at once.
@@kendraatkins that's a good choice to wait and space them out, I am from Washington state and our state is pushing a mandatory vaccine bill right now and I just think that is so wrong, takes away the parents basic rights away...

LyudmilaN it’s not about parent rights, it’s about herd immunity and protecting the community as a whole. Vaccines are perfectly safe and it’s ignorant to say otherwise. They should absolutely be mandatory
@@nidhivaidya6485 either way it is the parents right to vaccinate or not too, and mandatory vaccines is a violation of our rights! also please do your research about vaccine injury and autism rates here in the US. Many people are just uneducated and dont know the facts and truth about vaccines.
