- Here we go again guys! Saturday 2nd of September 2017, the Wcs Flashmob is coming back around the world, with still the same goal, to promote Wcs !
Last year, 39 counties, 240 cities and +6000 dancers !!!

To Mar Anderson: We performed the flash mob here in San Antonio last year on flag stone, pavers, and bricks. I went to the Fast Forward Skateboard shop and bought board wax. It was very helpful before each time we danced. Would certainly recommend.
First lesson to learn this routine was a blast! Can't wait for the Flash Mob event.

A first timer here! I am really looking forward to this :) After the first lesson, I started to wonder how we are going to spin on concrete, outside? Are there certain shoes to wear to help?
Mar Anderson it's all a matter of technique. You can gain the momentum for the turns either from your shoulders, yet if you get it out of your hip, moving one side sidewards backwards. Shoes work any way as to my experience so long as they have little to no sole depth.
Are there any flashmob WCS events planned for any town in Maine on Sept. 2? I'm learning the routine and will be in Maine Sept. 2. I'd love to hook up with a partner--I'm a follower. Thanks!

I can see why this is confusing as to what song was chosen. In the video the guy says Jason DeRulo's "Kiss The Sky"....however, in the main comment box...the suggested WCS song is also by DeRulo: "Swalla". (Kiss the Sky is much better to WCS. I think most will agree!
Glad you say "leaders" instead of "guys", but could you possibly extend that to saying "followers" instead of "ladies" as well? It's not a big deal either way, but inclusive language is always nice :-)
