- Papa Nurgle has blessed this Plague Marine with plenty of tentacles... watch me paint them with Speedpaints and Streaking Grime to [hopefully] achieve a properly grungy and nurgly look!

Thanks!
Nice video, makes it look so effortless for a stunning result.
Thanks! 🤠
For such a small channel, the cinematography and shots draw me in entirely, and the kitbash and paint job are each very unique and end up looking great- the use of scavenged Primaris bits and the head look wonderful
That, and such a short and to the point video- this is brilliant. Looking forward to watching the rest of your material :)
I appreciate the kind words and feedback, thank you, Tom!
awsome :)
Thank you! 😁
Nice work!
Thanks Doc! 🤠
Good job my friend. Turned out great!
Thanks, Jerry! 😎
Great stuff here - subscribed!
Sweet, thanks! 😉
nicely done and you now have a subscriber.
Thanks! 😁
Just popping in to say that your video was exactly what I was looking for. Was wondering if speedpaints would interfere with AK grime. Keep up the good work!
Thanks! Glad to see it helped 😄
Great video. Question. #1 how long did you wait after putting on speedpaints before you varnish? #2 how long after varnish did you wait before adding streaking grime? #3 do you varnish after streaking grime? If so how long is that wait
Howdy! Thanks, Ivan! #1 It was around 2 hours. #2 Around an hour. #3 Nope, I didn't varnish after streaking grime 🙂 Hope this helps!
@@patinapot thank you. Can't wait to see more from you
How long do you wait to wipe off the Streaking Grime to avoid having to use spirits?
I do it right away, waiting 10 minutes also works though, it gets a bit harder then
Someone has watched 52 Miniatures.
Sure thing, who hasn't! 😁 In all seriousness though, Alex's work, among others, has been a huge inspiration for me. Being compared to him is certainly a compliment in my book, so thank you!
i love speedpaints i onyl wish that mistakes wouldn't be so drastic
Yeah, you're right, making a mistake can be quite frustrating with these paints... I've found that using streaking grime actually helps a bit with that as it's capable of hiding a lot of them!
while it is fast to paint, there ain’t many different colors.. if the cape things were a brighter colour and stuff it would’ve been better, but that’s just my way of painting them
Good point, person4436! Thanks for watching and commenting! 🙂
Cheaping out on the metal parts doesn't really do it for me. Part of what makes Death Guard so fun to paint is all the rust, patina and verdigris.
Good point! Thanks for the feedback, mate! ☺️
