I see at the beginning of the video employees cheering for the award. What are they so happy about? They didn’t win anything!
They are employees! Their work is anonymous and gives fame only to the office owners.

Employees are the most important part of any establishment, too bad they aren't always treated well. That said, those employees had every right to be jubilant even though they won't have the spotlight. It shows they know their relevance, have an understanding of the what it means to be part of a family and have a maturity that you clearly lack, if all you can think about is getting the spotlight. Maybe you've had bad experiences working for people, I feel slightly sorry for you.

You could use exactly same logic for football players after winning a cup... or even worse in the case of the sports fans celebrating the win of their favorite team :-D I hope you will not celebrate anything that you did not win personally only with your own effort.

when you're working with someone who's dream you share you are part of something that's bigger than yourself and you get to contribute to that. why should they not feel proud? it's not about them but what they have all accomplished together.

I think You have very sad and terrible experience, maybe about your work! You see, the "employees", usually want to work in the office which get succeed! They prefer work in the office which get succeed rather then in the office which get failures :-) You have to know, there are architectural practises in this world, where people are treated very well, and they feel that they are the part of creating proccess!!! It's called - teamwork!
