in short kar sakthe hai agar aap log overclock vagera nahi karthe ho...mai bhe kafi salo se use kar raha tha ek power suppy cheap walla , ek din chalthe chalthe ban padgaya shayad capacitor fatne ka awaz aya ,but nothing happen to my motherboard or any other components , ab phir mai ne cheap wala he lagay hu ..cause it works for 3-4 years & you could buy 5 for the cost of 1

You should use 800watt power supply of brand like feontech clarion (price 1100)
This power supply will give you minimum 400watts
