Far from any coast, fisherman here in Sigiriya rely on the productive lakes. Here they can harvest talapia year round, but be cautious of the lakes local crocodilian residents.
This series focus' on revealing the traditional methods behind catching fresh fish and seafood in Sri Lanka, and then how it is cooked. It was a joy to watch those ladies cooking and they always had a big smile!
The bread called Ro looks delicious. I like that it has different flavors. It should taste different!
In addition, the curry shrimp and fried banana Blossom for dinner are very attractive to me, I believe I will definitely like them!
