    i loved every second of this ,wow what a legend ,and so true what he says ,years of insight and all the bull distilled out and given in an clear and easy to understand way ,should be a coach/lecturer max respect and in awe of all his experience /from an irish fan

    This is like watching a sport on a Sunday while you are falling asleep. It’s so warm and nice. However I do think the accent helps. The trick as an American is to hear them say the word ‘decade’. It sounds like… well a nickname for Richard and the word head. Hearing two nice guys just talking and starting to drift off… then one of them says ‘d*ckhead’.. snaps you awake lol

    Does he mean he does his ut2 at 80% of his max hr or ut1?

      So we were talking about 'steady state' - this is a pace you can comfortably hold for an hour and beyond. I'm don't think it'd quite fit into UT2 because that's typically done at a lower heart rate - but this is the training that's in place of most peoples UT2/Zone 2 sessions.
