Sundays and Robins story was so good what the hell
I really loved how the story just gives you moments and choices where you can't help but agree with Sunday. He had a right idea, but he went too hard into extremism for it. I love when such moral questions are thrown at us, especially the question of what would you let Robin do when Sunday was giving you that choice quiz of sorts.
They truly went hard on this Saga

There were numerous factions presented in this quest but the Harmony and Order still shone through ✨ the way Xipe glimpsed at us and the moment Robin used her harmony to disrupt Order's dream were spectacular. Hoyo really doesn't beat the "Best Stories" allegations lmfao
The train rails sunday 😂
I love everything about this quest. It really wraps things so nicely about the dreamscape. The connection between Harmony and Nihility, of how hopeful yet pessimistic the people are especially Sunday. It nudged the philosophy of life and morality hard. It got me sobbing a lot in some parts. God how I love video games.

when I was fighting Sunday I started laughing out loud because I imagined PomPom riding the train and crashing on the chorus
I started doing jumps all over the house when Acheron revealed her name as “raiden mei” and when she grabbed trailblazer’s hand like raiden did in lament of the fallen 😭😭😭😭😭😭😞
Its like history repeated itself as clockie=harmony to trailblazer then boss stone=order to sunday
thank you for this masterpiece hoyoverse, im glad im here to experience this story in my lifetime

at the start of the HSR myriad celestia Xipe had her eyes close now she gazes man that was a beauty, cant wait for IX to gaze even though it is impossible only exception is Acheron.
It's never stated that Acheron is the only emanator of Nihility, but Nihility Trailblazer wouldn't make much sense unless we end up on an incredibly depressing dead world
@@DT-yw4ob thats was why everyone was shook when they found out acheron is an emanator of nihility because IX have neven spare a gaze to anyone except for acheron who somehow manage to become an emanator due to his connection maybe to origin
only who those see IX or its shadow become a self annihilator or doctors of chaos.

@@nyes4596 fr, but what makes me think it's one of the best (imo) is because the overall storyline. I expected a plot twist or some sort when I defeated the sunday boss for the first time because it was way too easy, but not thinking about the whole penacony itself that's getting a plot twist...

What is the chronological order of the events? I still can't wrap my head around what was real and what now. BS said everything was real without the flaw but what is that supposed to mean? If it was a flaw then how could it have been real and at what point did things go south and the story got damaged?
Peak fiction
This whole story gave me trust issues, but at the end it kinda convinced me that it was planned this way. They want you to connect with the characters and feel their emotions.
PS. After seeing Aventurine alive I was 100% crying 😂😅

Now listen... I like Star Rail. But there comes a point where I find myself tapping the SKIP button as fast as I can because they just. Won't. SHUT. UP.

Watchmaker talking about his journey. Skip.
Black Swan talking about memoria and light cone phenomena. Skip.
Sunday talking about- ah man, I can't even be bothered to remember.
And the crazy thing is I STILL know what's going on and who experienced what. All this dialogue just feels like one person stating something, another repeating it with a slight spin, and the first responding 'yes' but in a more verbose and poetic way.
I think Genshin also has this sort of bloat from time to time, but god, I've never found myself just hammering 'skip' and groaning aloud when I have to sit through their animations before I can go to the next line in Genshin like I do with Star Rail.
What a boring and lame story,

The last cutscene really broke me. I shed some tears throughout the quest, but when Sunday said “The night is still too short” that’s when I started CRYING. The quest was so well-written and they did so well with the cinematic effects. I’m truly looking forward to the continuation 🤍
