Could you possibly do another/updated “Whats on my phone..” ? As the new year starts im looking at new organization methods and ideas for productivity on my phone/laptop/devices.
OK so! For the "Set My Intentions" words prompt. I highly suggest opening the words as their own pages and defining what those words mean to YOU in the context of what they mean to you NOW and how you want to apply them to making your future goals happen. Since words can have different meanings for different people and those words can mean different things in application to different projects or disciplines. Happy New Year! I’ve been in such a reflective/goal setting mood this year but these videos are definitely reminding me to go easy on myself. I want to have a successful year but don’t want to detriment my mental health for it. Loving the content Ro and will be checking out your vlog channel. I feel like it's so much more fulfilling and I feel much more connected and supported to/by myself when I view my life and time non-linearly: as a sphere of interconnected moments. I find it much more comforting to decolonise western perceptions of time as linear, and I feel much more in touch with my past and future selves.
Whilst this isn't hugely relevant to what u were discussing Ro, I think it just makes reflections on urself from a decade ago much easier (:

I love goal setting, even though life can throe curve balls, it feels nice to have a plan b for the goal that we desire to see.
I really appreciated the life lessons u learned about how you won’t change the world in a year but if you are consistent you can really change things over time. Because sometimes a new year can come with stress because I’m afraid i won’t be able to make the new year everything I want to and this makes me feel better

i didn't think you would post one of these this year so yesterday i watched last year's video and reflected on my 2021 but now i'm going to do another contemplation! :D 2021 was a better year than 2020 for me, not great, but better. there were some things i was proud of, some things that went wrong, but i think i have grown even by a small percentage and that's something to celebrate. happy new year, rowena and all the potatoes! let's hope 2022 will be better for everyone!

it's that time of the year again! thank you ro 💖 2021 is my stagnant year (partially bc i didn't go out as much and i spent all my year studying in front of my laptop) so it's pretty difficult for me to dig deep into the crevices of my being 😩 i pray and hope that 2022 will be my year of acceptance and of balancing the stress of medical school without losing my mind 🤧

For what it's worth, 2021 felt like that for me as well! I spent long hours sitting in front of my laptop and doing my best to keep up both my spirits and motivation, while the ups and downs of the pandemic situation out there made it so difficult for me to go outside, plan things, make new friends...
Let's hope (and do our best!) for a 2022 full of nice things out of that door! ❤️
