Thereafter it goes to Chamba , ramban, reasi,jammu area (j&K) to Punjab (Pak) where Jhelum ,ravi joins it. After the confluence of Sutlej +Chenab ,it known as Panjnad .Then Panjnad and indus river meet at Methan Kot that you had mentioned above.
