미국육류수출협회는 이번 ‘서울푸드 2024’에서 킨텍스 제1전시장 3홀과 4홀 사이에 홍보 부스를 마련하고, 국내에 유통되는 다양한 미국산 소고기와 돼지고기 원육 및 가공품을 전시하였다.
식품전 기간 동안 부스 방문객들을 대상으로 미국산 소고기·돼지고기의 맛과 품질의 우수성뿐만 아니라 지속 가능한 육류 생산을 위한 미국 육류 산업의 노력 등을 소개하고 다양한 시식 메뉴를 시연하고 방문객들에게 음식을 제공하였다.
At this ‘Seoul Food 2024’, the American Meat Export Association set up a promotional booth between halls 3 and 4 of KINTEX Exhibition Hall 1 and displayed a variety of raw and processed American beef and pork distributed domestically.
During the food exhibition, booth visitors were introduced to the superior taste and quality of American beef and pork, as well as the American meat industry's efforts to produce sustainable meat, and various tasting menus were demonstrated and food was provided to visitors.
