    Passion is for your work. I can work in my field throughout the day but if you ask me to do it for others, I won`t be as passionate. Similar is the case for coding, I will maintain WLB and take time out for my kids n family. Easier said than done.

      Well said, some companies crate fake urgency for delivery, and create downside for life. After all the grinding at work, only family lasts.

    Whats so hard with technology career ladder if it's Malaysia as TS recognised list is public just pick some key areas under related sectors and focus on improving in the key areas
