Why is it bad to buy non QB from their website?
I haven't start my Hermes journey yet and it will be in the future. But If I found an non QB that I like at the website would it affect the relationship later on with an SA?
Because it doesn’t count towards your relationship with an SA

Very informative video! I am not a newbie but recently my sa told me she is leaving hermes😢my current spend is over 1-1/2:1 ratio and I was close to my 2nd offer for mothers day. I feel like my spend has to start over even though I’m told that wouldn’t happen. Don’t you think my new sa will offer the quota bags to her existing clients first? All of my current purchases are from the same store but the new sa has no reason to offer me a quota bag before her existing clients😢Has this happened to you or know anyone who can give info on this?
Your prespend isn’t fully gone and hopefully your new SA will honor it! Speak to your manager but hopefully it will be okay
