Its def possible, but its waaay harder on ds4, even comparing to most things from the arcade to ds4 transition difficulty upgrade. Worst case scenario, you can map your 4 macros to all triples and just manually hit the doubles and quads. But yea good luck hitting it with no macros. Youd have hit the quad with your thumbs covering 2 dpad buttons and your right thumb covering the last 2 reg buttons (or if you have a quad mapped to a macro, use that) then you to have your left thumb hitting up and left on the dpad for the first 2 triples, then switch to the bottom and right dpad notes; all while your right thumb is going in a counterclockwise rotation. Hit the 2nd quad, then do it again but in reverse, then hit the 3rd quad all in one fast sequence. Itll require alot of practice, but def possible using Ds4
