Three Peaks Challenge by Rail in support of Railway Children, 15-17 June 2023 | Railcam UK

The annual 'Three Peaks Challenge by Rail' operated again this year, with Locomotive Services Group providing the locomotives and coaching stock for this epic journey, with participant's climbing the 3 highest peaks in Wales (Snowdon), England (Scafell Pike)and Scotland (Ben Nevis) over 3 consecutive days.
This years charter was supported by Porterbrook, and makes the 20th anniversary of the Three peaks Challenge by Rail. To mark this achievement, the first leg of the trip between Crewe and Bangor (Gwynedd) was steam hauled by BR Standard Class 7 No. 70000 'Britannia', we Class 47 pair, 47593 'Galloway Princess' and 47614 covering the rest of the trip.
This epic there day trip was captured by a number of our camera, and we have pieced all the footage together in one video.....

Been a while since I watched Crewe station on all those cameras. Way better than the one at the Heritage centre.
