  • Today we’re going to visit a planet that humans haven’t yet set foot on. A planet that was almost destroyed by a meteor strike. You‘ll find out which of the ancient inhabitants of the Earth died immediately. You‘ll see who managed to survive. You‘ll learn what climate changes they had to face, and how the Earth was recovering from a monstrous disaster.

@@StuckonStupid84 they are actually working on that, I remember watching a doc on it, and right now their best plan is to land a unmanned shuttle on the asteroid, that’s basically a giant thruster. When the thruster fires, it changes the course of the asteroid, it only has to move a very small amount for it to completely avoid Earth. From what I remember, they could potentially build the spacecraft easily and we have landed a drone on an asteroid before, the major problem is finding potential asteroids early enough for us to intercept them.

If you're talking English and you use a word that means something totally different in a different language, and you actually want to express that different meaning, then you're just wrong. Same with commas, because 200.000 and 200,000 are definitely different things. But calm down, everyone knows it's just a mistake, as nobody would put three zeros after a decimal mark and nobody would divide years in tenths, hundredths and thousandths.
