You know the Coppersmiths' Bazaar, which is a must for everyone who goes to Erzincan. Yaşar Usta is the architect of the ornaments you see in those shop windows. The copper produced in Erzincan is sent to all over the world. Underlining that the coppersmith profession is not in demand as it was in the past, Yaşar Usta argues that the profession should be supported in order to continue. As we turned our direction to Erzincan, we wanted to knock on the door of Yaşar master's workshop. Yaşar Öztürk has something to tell us about the art of coppersmithing from past to present.
