Oh boy. Teleportaion. That is a mass can of worms you could open up if your not careful with it. Let me give a few quick examples of how it can brake things here.
First. it could be used as a vary devastating weapon if there isn't something limiting where you can teleport to, EX. Teleporting a nuck into the haert of a city, no chance to defend, no warning just a city suddenly turning into a mushroom cloud. Or suddenly teleporting an army into a city.
There are more issues but i am struggling to put them into words without hitting the max character limit here but that is the biggest one in my opinion.
