I agree with Romps, I just changed my digitizer and the removal of white plastic is wrong and unnecessary, it is glued together to the grey frame so high risk of damage.. Go Straight to step 3, removal of frame, then battery, then screen
First step is wrong, i almost cracked the back cover
This is wrong, you should pry the back cover off as a whole, including the frame! Rounded, please change this, you are misinforming a lot of people!

and FYI, the 8.0 is NOT the same. The new tab 10.1 and 7.0 are still the same procedure as original tab and tab 2, but the new Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition and Tab 3 8.0 have display assemblies with glas glued with loca to the digi/lcd combo. If you break your screen, you have to replace whole assemblu, like galaxy s series phones.
is it possible to take the cameras from a note2 and put them into a tab 3, all the extra parts from elbow to lay in a bag somewhere and was wondering if I could do this

I got this same tab for the wife she let it die for a week couldn't find the charger then I tried to charge it after I founding it and nothing would happen not even a flash or any signs of life after plugging it in what do I do I've only had this for 34 days help
It should be under warranty. I would recommend that you contact Samsung if not the retailer that you purchased it from.

Not as easy to open as it appears, as the cover in the video wasn't even fixed to the tablet.
In other words, it was already loose off of the tablet and just laying on it. 🤨

***** No, you should NOT pry off the back plate on its own, it's glued to the frame. Simply pry between the glas and the frame.

Honestly pretty badly done, not safe and doesn't actually show you how to safely disconnect some of the wires, alot of people are gona outright pull that battery and damage the connectors.
