This was probably one of my favorite episodes of the podcast. The Nostalgia was REAL! I was a huge fan of Raven when I was younger, I loved the Cheetah Girls they were the first concert I’ve ever been to…when I played the Cheetah Girls I was always Galleria or Aqua-If Galleria was taken. Raven was like the first black girl I saw as a main character not playing a sidekick/bodyguard friend like she deserves ALL THE FLOWERS!
Your energies meshed so well. There weren’t any awkward moments or unnecessary tension/attitudes (because some of the other guests come off as kind of rude/standoffish 🫣). Fannita and Raven had similar vibes while Miranda was more soft-spoken yet everything balanced out so well.
I had to get work done and got distracted by this episode! I tried to turn it off and simply couldn't. This was a GREAT ONE!

I remember when the cheetah girls came out. It was THEE best movie of our time. Literally. I come from a white family, because my mom is white & my dad is black. & let me say, NO ONE CARED that Raven was thicc!! At least none of us normal kids at the time…. Maybe the LA Hollywood kids did.
But not the normal kids who were sitting at home GLUED to the tv screen watching that’s so raven & the cheetah girls. Wishing that we could be HER! Or meet her! We were there for RAVEN.
My sister & cousin used to be SOOOOO jealous that they couldn’t be Raven (when we would reenact the cheetah girls scenes) I WAS ALWAYS RAVEN!
