The kitchen should have a walk in pantry at least. layout wastes space. you dont need two eating areas, could have been used to create a pantry!

Nice house but $800k?! Good luck with that. Also, for $800k the water treatment system should be housed in a nice shed. It’s hideous to look at. The exposed concrete block in the garage should be sheet rocked. The septic hump is also really bad to see. The stacked stone is nice, I like the porch and the large sliders. The flooring is nice but looks slippery and for elderly people that’s not good.
