I think he was great for the first part, but starting at 10:30 his speech just didn't resonate well with the audience. There were two fair jokes following 10:30, but after that, you just have to listen to the audience and look at the audience when Trump says those things at 11:39 . I don't think the audience was comfortable with that. It wasn't exactly funny as it was an attack.
That could pass as satire. After 11:39? Not so much. It's almost like he tried to turn it into one of his rallies.
