Thank you for sharing. I was in Panama this past June and San Francisco area is were I was viewing this new built condo that was like $800 2/2 with furniture. San Francisco and Baboa Ave is my preferred area. Thank you for always providing great information.

Where do you recommend we look if we're trying to find a rental in the area? Is there a website you recommend?

Encuentra24.com. It's like their craigslist. You also need several real estate contacts looking for you. There is no central database of rentals and each agent will have access to different listings. You can get access to my real estate contacts with either a consultation call or buying the Panamazing Relocation Guide. And of course if you do the Panamazing Relocation Tour, you will get access to the guide in addition to meeting these contacts in person.

I'm trying to find a happy median, like a place that has easy access to healthcare for a child, but will also give me enough room for a garden. I've found it hard to find a place that isn't completely off grid but isn't purely the city too? You know?
