Thanks for the video. Details: Remove two Torx T20 screws from inside back of box, pull top of box forward (it "hinges" on the bottom) then up to remove.

Why would you not clearly show what bit is required? That's the only important part. Another commentor explained it was a torx T20, thank you to that user.
