CLC - PEPE
CLC, which stands for Crystal Clear, is a rookie girl groupthat debuted
in March 2015 with the 1st mini-album, "First Love." "PEPE" is a soulful
retro dance trackthat accentuates the bubbly, upbeat qualities of CLC.
The lyrics depict a girl criticizing a boy for his insincere emotions, while
the repetitive chorus makes the song all the more addictive.
CLC - Like
With a cheerful sound and an upbeat piano melody, "Like" is about a
girl who secretly scopes out her crush's social media pages..
EXID - AH YEAH
After receiving much love for their song "Up & Down" for an entire
year, EXID recently promoted their 2nd mini-album, "AH YEAH." "AH
YEAH" is a hip-hop dance tune with a funky rhythm that highlights the
members' chic yet bubbly qualities. The witty lyrics describe a woman's
response to a guy, who doesn't make the first move.
EXID - Up & Down
"Up & Down" is marked with a strong saxophone line and easy
hook.Member LE helped in the composition and lyric-writing of the
song. The song is about a girl who's frustrated with a guy that seemsto
shake up her heart with his ambiguous actions.
BTS - I NEED U
Debuted in 2013, BTS promoted their 3rd mini-album, "In the Mood for
Love Part 1." singing songs of youth. "I NEED YOU" is an urban-style
electronic hip-hop songwith a highly repetitive synth melody.
It depicts the sense of loss felt by a man upon discovering the love that
he thought would last forever is actually fading away with time.
BTS - DOPE
An electronic hip-hop song, "DOPE" highlights BTS' confidence as they
made songs and practiced hard while others played and had fun.
VIXX - Error
VIXX is a six member group that is loved for their unique concepts ever
since their debut album "SUPER HERO" in 2012. Painted by VIXX's
unique color, "Error" has a repetitive piano pattern, an escalating beat,
and a sad string melody. The song tells the story of a man, who turns
into a cyborg to protect himself from heartbreak, but continues to love
VIXX - Love Equation
As a remake of R.ef's 1995 hit, "Love Equation" contains both the
excitement of the original song and the VIXX's charms. Along with a
trendy synth sound, the lyrics say that the sad feelings and cliched
situations create the equation for breaking up.
M&D - I Wish
First formed in 2011, M&D is a group that composes and writes their
own unique music.
M&D is the abbreviation for 'Midnight&Dawn' as well as the names of
Kim Jungmo and Kim Heechul's hometowns. As an exciting and
refreshing song, "I Wish" describes the heart of a man, who thinks back
on his free-spirited past and wants to love sincerely.
M&D - Moon Crystal
As a traditional rock ballad, "Moon Crystal" alludes a departing lover
with a moon.
GOT7 - If You Do
Since their 2014 debut, the seven member boy group GOT7 has been
receiving much love with their mature transformations. "If You Do" is a
song about someone, who lays down a warning to a selfish girlfriend.
GOT7 - Just right
"Just right" features a southern hip-hop rhythm, pop melody, and
addictive chorus. It's about a guy who tries to instill some confidence in
his girlfriend who's quite insecure about herself.
Ailee - Mind Your Own Business
A strong female vocalist who debuted in 2012, Ailee promoted her first
mini-album "VIVID" with a more powerful image. "Mind Your Own
Business" highlights a powerful rhythmic melody while telling a
changing lover to do well before she leaves.
Ailee - Don't Touch Me
"Don't Touch Me" is a Brit pop rock song with a piano loop and a low
drum beat, which highlights the strength of Ailee's voice. The lyrics are
about a bold girl, who dusts herself off after being betrayed in love
SHINee - Why So Serious?
SHINee is a group, acknowledged for their distinctive music and
performance with every album since their 2008 debut. As a funk rock
dance song with a catchy melody, "Why So Serious?" is about a zombie,
who awakens after falling in love with a human girl.
SHINee - View
As an up-tempo song of the Deep House genre, "View" expresses the
various senses of love's beauty coming together. The song's lyrics were
