What happened to Renato Sanchez? He had the most activity with the ball at the 2016 Euro they won. It was fun watching him play because he was so disruptive to the games. It was awesome. You could tell he was annoying the hell out of the players just shielding the ball in the middle of the pitch. Then he would lose it and then get it back and someone would fall down. That's why after they won everyone was confused about what happened. It was because of Renato Sanchez.
He blew his chance at Bayern, and since then he’s been jumping around clubs, no consistency

@@BenFc3562016 was 8 years ago , a lot of things changed Renato was only good for Benfica and Lille in his career and injuries blew up his chances at psg , nowadays also I don’t see him over any of the called players . Vitinha is the best psg player this season , joao neves is the best young player of the Portuguese league , and Matheus Nunes is a bench option at Manchester city .

please let Cristiano play full blast, don't bench him anymore. that is the least Portugal can do for the man that put Portugal in football map.
Portugal has been "in football map" since at least the early 1960s when they dominated European football for a time. After Eusébio, the 70s didn't go so well but they picked up again in the 80s and have been a top world national team since at least around the time of Figo and many others. And yeah, we all want CR7 at full blast!
@@Portubed the younger generations that born after 1990 doesn't know who Figo is bro, the young generation only know Cristiano including myself. go to the street and ask random people who is Figo, nobody will know him. but if you ask who is Cristiano, people will know he is a footballer. and people outside Portugal only supporting Portugal because there is Cristiano. when he retired from football, half of football fans from outside Portugal will ignore Portugal national team and move on with their life. Yes we have Burno, João Félix but both of them doesn't give big impact like CR7 did.. and Portugal will need another decade to create someone like CR7 in the future.
