这已经不是汤了，是羹。另外西红柿去皮用削皮刀也可以，除非有现成的开水，否则烧开水的时间+烫+剥皮的时间，不会比用刀削皮时间短，还省燃料。

this soup is one of the most basic and classic Cantonese soups and is my favorite to make. At first, when I attempt in making it I usually kept messing it up, because I poured the eggs way too early and too soon where clumps appear and the texture did not came out accurate but my mom showed me that I had to turn off the stove first, wait a little bit then slowly pour the eggs in to get the right texture I needed.
can you please tell me the name of those two spices and that yellow colored liquid added in the video? And also what are those white colored thing cut and added at starting?

However for those having Kidney problem ,try to minimise Tomato and skip Egg Yolks.
never heard of tomato and egg yolks causing problems with kidneys.
