We Care Wednesday: Animal Well-Being

For this week's #WeCareWednesday, we sat down with second-year vet student Hunter Everett to discuss the practices the pork industry has in place to ensure public health.
We discussed the hot topic of antibiotics and he explained to us the role of biosecurity within the industry.
From the veterinary side of things, Hunter is able to see just how much these farmers care about their animals and how hard they work to protect the health of all of us that love to enjoy healthy and delicious pork products!
