NEW A330 BUSINESS CLASS - FLYING ON QATAR AIRWAYS ROBLOX

Qatar Airways Roblox has recently been revamping their aircraft ahead of their planned 2024 Doha release, with the A330 being the latest one!

Check in 9/10: The check-in was really interactive and nice, but the baggage check-in was glitchy.
Lounge 8/10: Really nice with drink service, but no food service and slightly cramped with little seating.
Airport 10/10: Detailed airport with plenty of shops to buy items from, and a nice photo point. V2 is really well done.
Seat 10/10: Much better than the other business class seats (excluding zerotech 787), with recline and desk lamp.
IFE 3/10: IFE was not fuctional at all, and no announcement was made about the IFE. I get its a new aircraft but this should have been fixed. However, the inflight magazine is pretty cool.
Pre-Flight Services 6/10: Pre Flight services did not come, and I had to repeaditly ask for a pre-flight drink. In additon no food service for pre-flight or hot towel.
Cruise 10/10: A trivia was played during cruise, the meal selection was small but the quality was high, and hot towels were offered. In addition, the flight attendents also asked us frequently throughout cruise if anything was wrong.
Service 8/10: For the most part the staff were really nice and active, but occasinally the staff did not respond to my requests during the flight services.
Arrival Airport 8/10: Cool and detailed arrival airport, but I did not get my baggage.
Destination 0/10: The destination box glitched, and would not let me to the destination.
-2 points: Did not get any message stating business class passengers were called for boarding.
Overall: 73/100
Main areas needing improvement: IFE, destination, Pre-Flight Service/Flight Service
