I must add it was a GREAT in Philly with all the acts discussed starting at 7:34. Everytime you saw a performance from anyone of those acts it was free styled..CRAZY. They are very sharp as individuals, and also tremendous as a group...in total they are unbelievable, and the "kicker" is they are Hip-Hop.
Yes Gamble and Huff, "Love Is the Message". One of the flyest songs you can Step to, Hustle to, Bus Stop to, whatever. Philly had a strong sound years ago. The history is as strong as Detroits, but...Detroit is more historic, More ground breaking especially in a time of so much struggle in Detroit. Ground breaking.
