Highest Elevation In Canada - Kananaski 100 Mile Relay Is No Joke!

The Kananaskis K100 mile relay is a long standing race that starts in Longview, Alberta Canada and finishes in Kananaskis village. Heading north for most of the run, teams split up the distance into 10 legs.
This was my first experience running in the event and was responsible to run leg 4 and half of leg 5 which was the highest elevated section of the course with the most climbing and difficulty.
