This game definitely isn’t underrated hell if you want a copy on eBay they go anywhere from 100$ and up people know this game is good glad I got my copy around the time the game came out

I just finished a championship run with Wyoming. I love this game.
It's funny, I learned this tactic years ago, completely by accident. My buddy was like, "How in the hell do you keep doing that??!!" I told him how easy it is.
i was like 15 years into a dynasty and i never got any insta commits anymore ever and i had the 20% chance. i started up a new dynasty and i would get like 6 out of 25 the first time. always wondered if it was just me or if the game glitched and just stopped calculating the 20% chance. anyway, loved seeing the video!
I use in season points on game management and off season points for recruiting..works great for me
Best cheese of this game, #1 recruiting class every year.

Are Gems better players than similar or higher rated non Gem players?
Do their stats rise quicker than non Gems?

I didn’t kno taking em off ur prospect board takes the scholarship away and u can add em back n give them one again . That’s sick asf lol .
I was cheesing the off season . Saving and giving the last recruits points and trying to get all of em and dividing points.

When you are kicking the recruits out of your prospect list, are you advancing the week in between and then re-adding them? Or just kicking them and immediately going back and adding them in the same week?
We are just kicking them and then adding them back right away.
Idk if its because you did this at the beginning of the season but I tried at week 9 and got the commits who I was #1 on but everyone else I was in a battle with locked me out with -11,000 points
it definitely should be done early in the season preferably week 1-3
hey guys, i have a question (didnt know where else to ask it). do you have defense tips? i kill sustaining the run game but my pass coverage in dynasty suckssss. idk if its just my players or my scheme (i dont really have one, the only thing i know is to do deep coverage with pre play pass audible on third and long, goal line at the goal line, and do a pre play run middle audible for third and short. sometimes i will do it for second and short). i am playing with Tennessee and the secondary is decent ratings wise, but my pass coverage is terrible. if it has to do with overall, i think it might be my linebackers. i get killed on the short pass game. the receivers are wide open on every short throw.

I run a 3-4 as my base, but I stay in the Nickel packages against spread teams (335 if the distance is 10 or less, 245 if it's over 10). I run mostly cover 3 if they're more prone to run, 4 or 6 if they throw it more. Also, in my 33 front, I always shift my lineman tight, and if I feel a run is coming..I show blitz. Works like a charm, and I average less than 200 thru the air with that strategy.
so can you do this add/remove thing at any point? or does it have to be at the beginning? if you can do the add/remove thing why not just keep doing that? what is the point in even investing recruiting point? maybe i missed something. anyway, answer would be appreciated. thanks. great vid!

We apologize, we thought you were talking about another video. It has to be at the beginning because you get players to commit early and can use those other points for other players. If you don't other teams will give those players a lot of points making it extremely hard for you to get them in the end.
There isn't enough points to give every player 500 to 700 points so eventually you will not be first on their list which will eventually lose you those players.
@@Tips4Gamers1 oh, so basically invest points in people who don’t have my team on their list in week 1 and then once I get on their list I can do the workaround? Also, what did you do to get 700 as max? I thought 500 was max. And one last thing, do you just set recruiting to easy or does it matter?
You need Insta-commit for this method to work. With this method the recruiting difficulty does not matter

@@theredgamer2380 That playbook sims well, which in turn with cupcake schedule makes them a powerhouse.
Your pitch grades play a major part in recruiting. I to have a bonus of 200 or more.
Also wonder if this method will work with the new ncaa coming out . Hope so lol

Do Gem players rise faster than non Gems?
It is more based upon overall on how much the player will increase we believe. This game does not have major player development like Madden.

How do you get momentum started as a 1* team and still fill needs?
Kinda where I'm at right now. Decided to rebuild New Mexico for the challenge but damn, that one star rating is a killer.
If you’re playing games then just simply win but if you’re doing sim only then I’d find out what your best offensive style is (say passing) and just max it out. Then get recruits coming in and you can balance out better as you go
If your qb isnt close to 90 overall do option run 70% run. If qb is 90isg run air raid at 70% works great for me. My defense is 3-4 50%
this does not work tried it with 5 teams all had insta commit fully upgraded and i only got 3 commits
There’s a faster way to do insta commit. Just take the guy and put him above a 2 star and offer scholarship to 2 star and quickly move up at the same time. It may take a few tries but you don’t gotta add them back and forth
