- Cameron “wasn’t that happy” before he went on LIB. Lauren was “living the life”. She had just returned from a trip to Paris with her best friend before she went on the show. So naturally, once the relationship formed he went into this completely ready.... while she needed time to adjust. She was 32. Had only had 2 real boyfriends. Had never lived with a man. I hear so many people saying she “doesn’t really love him” or “shes in it for the fame” but it’s so clear she loves him. small details and signs, like the way her voice is higher pitched when she talks to people she loves, cameron, her dad, her dog. She just expresses affection differently, and it’s possible she isn’t as comfortable as cameron showing affection on display.

I never got the impression that she didn't love him. I just think he's more comfortable with expressing it than her, and that could be because she has met nothing but trolls. It's hard for women to crack from a shell they grow into, that which protects them from being called 'gullible' and 'weak' and disrespected. I don’t think people realize the conditioning black women have been put through by society. If her father is pro-black she’s probably conditioned all her life to fight for the community, even when that community of men (aside from her father) has not been kind to her in the dating realm. She probably had to overcome all kinds of feelings while falling in love with this man on a public world stage! I’m sure that shows through in some of her interactions with Cam, but her eyes tell the story best. She loves that man just as much as he loves her.

I'm an intuitive person and I can say I do think Lauren love cam but not the same level as he do her and this is something that majority of people can't detect e.g. In the tree house scene Lau sheltered herself from the rain forgetting cam at the back to get wet ,also questioning cams readiness to get married (the way said it reflect more on her I don't want to say doubt but readiness )in oppose to cam excitement subtle gesture and statements are giveaways the few catch. also considering important topics such as race and past relationship problem which is understandable .one more thing Lauren would not go on a show to get married just to worry about personal space it's more to it. This couple have been together almost 4 years! Lauren and Cameron seem to be very happy! The evil trolls are looking for cracks in their marriage.
