Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor for adult collectors, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

Just a heads up,
Pure Na’vi (the people of Pandora, what Neytiri is) only have 4 toes and 4 fingers. It’s only the Avatar hybrids like Jake Sully that have 5 fingers and 5 toes, mainly because their human DNA is mixed with Na’vi!

Every details of every parts of their body and accessories are great.. Now I'm sure Mcfarlane is one of those great toy brands..
My favourite to be honest.
Mcfarlane is pretty hit or miss. The biggest problem for me is their lack of accessories, especially the Justice League and Mortal Kombat figures.
I really like the sculpts for these figures. Im too used to mcfarlane having characters with bulkier pants and shirts which messes with the articulation so it's nice getting a long slim figure from the same company.
I might have to get these, rewatch the movie, and probably see the sequel. They look like McFarlane Toys’ best figures yet!
I have Jake and his large banshee. I added blacklight and they look awesome! Highly recommend them if you are a fan. I am tempted to buy Neytiri and her banshee next.
Imagine Hasbro got the license of these figures. Damn we probably get a whole new figure with Bucky Cap Mold.
I'm digging these ..I don't remember what happen to mine from when I had the Mattel versions as a teen but the amp suit and Stephen lang with a coffee cup was a must for me lol

As a kid... Like if I was 13 and making an allowance and having to buy toys. McFarland probably be the only thing I could afford at this point other than Hasbro toys being on sale.
I feel bad for kids today we used to get three for 10 at KB toy store when I was 13

Say what you will about McFarlane but the articulation has improved quite a bit. I’m tired of people shilling for Hasbro.

I was messing with the Critical Role figures while watching this review and I noticed the male characters in that line also have hood crotches, no diaper. Hopefully that is the way more McFarlane toys will be from now on.

I only bought the 3.75 Stephen Lang figure, so I can make a custom Blind Man from Don't Breathe & for that I'm glad these figures came out.
Im really thinking to buy these to put with my 3,75" collection. McFarlane already sell the colonel in this line and he is just 3,75". So for a 3,75" i think they are ok in the scale. Not perfect, but fits very well
Just saw these at Target. They'd probably be kinda cool to pose with WickedCToys World of Halo 3.75" scale figs for cross Universe play.

I actually taped a burst rifle to Jake Sully’s hand instead of using his bow/arrow accessory. The burst rifle is from my Apex Legends Wraith figure (even though I don’t really like Apex all that much).
That game annoys me. I don’t like competitive multiplayer.

What the need are some arrows. The arrow that stick to the bow is accurate to the movie. And they do shoot them like that too.
They can't string the bows because it's against toy safety law.
The figures look great, but those knife sheaths ar epractically unforgivable! What are they thinking with that. Why have a hand for drawing a bow, but no stant-alone arrows? Odd choices.
