I think I read an interview with Blake Lively at the time when the show was on where she said that she usually puts her hair in a bun overnight, sleeps on it and then just unties it and shakes the hair in the morning and that's how she gets her hair into those easy-going big waves 😊

Why do I never see videos talking about the white dress with flowers that Serena wears in episode 2 of season 1?? This dress is so delicate and beautiful, it deserves to be remembered more
It depends on the production and director when it comes to nails. If it's a period piece then you absolutely have to have your nails clean with zero nail polish. With modern day stuff it depends on the character. I've worn nail polish on the Shortland St set here in New Zealand and as long as the nail polish isn't those crazy neon colors, no one's bothered by it.
