I love these intimate one on one segments. It's like visiting with an old friend. I find myself nodding and giggling along with your stories. Bathing a cat is not fun. Jasper, our orange and white rouge, had an argument with a skunk. We bathed him in a solution of tomato juice. We were told it cuts the smell. Well , his white fur turned pink, no matter how much we rinsed him. So for several months we had an orange and pink cat.

Awe - all five of their little bumblebee eyes were closed! And here's something to look out for - according to the folks at Sacrewell Farm (in Cambridgeshire in the UK) bumblebees sometimes get SO tired, that they just can't stay upright and they fall over on to their sides. Watching a bee sleeping on their side would make a dandy picture!

I loved many years married to a cowboy so of course I was his cowgirl. Anyway, I suppose by now the easiest way to relax your western boots (which are beautiful) is to soak them in water until thoroughly wet, put them on and wear them for the entire day or for however long at a time you can. The leather will dry conforming to your foot and feel like a glove.

When I lived in Alaska I placed plastic bags in my boots, added water and let them freeze. The ice expands...it helped stretch my boots. Although it helps to have 30 below outside.

I have an enormous Rose of Sharon also in my yard and those bees do sleep inside the blossoms! I picked a flower one evening just about twilight and got bitten! Love seeing them AND hummingbirds come to the Rose of Sharon.

Have you ever thought of making a mold of the escutcheons on your armoire? You use your item and press it into this material then add a paintable epoxy to fill the mold. I know it would not work for your pulls but maybe you could replace those. I have seen some of these kits on line. Just a thought. Lovely channel.
I hope it cools down in Sept. We'll be out there for a week to visit our son and spend some time at the beach. THIS time I'm going thrifting whether they like it or not!!!

Love it! The bees, boots and beautiful scenery! Dilute rubbing alcohol and spray the inside of the boots before wearing or buy shoe stretchers. There are directions online to stretch shoes. ❤️🌺

We Texas gals turn a pair of off-the-shelf boots into almost custom made fit by stepping into the horse tank (or bathtub) with them on. The drawback is that you must wear them until they're dry (ish). Tip: don't wear cotton socks, they slow down drying time.
Hello. Take those boots to local shoe shop. They can stretch them. Totally enjoy you and your ventures shopping.
